Convergint is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer service-oriented Strategic Account Manager to join our Southeast Asia team. This role involves active collaboration with our global team and providing support to international clients. It entails delivering top-notch security solutions to prestigious clientele.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with key clients in the region. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new business avenues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operational teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and Convergint Technologies.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager or in a similar role within the technology or security industry.
  • Experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the Asia Pacific region.
