Convergint is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer service-oriented Account Manager to join our team. An Account Manager is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing ones in the region. They must identify qualified leads, develop prospects, and conduct high-level corporate sales by building trust, demonstrating professionalism, and providing ELV (including security, cabling, and audio-visual system) expertise to fulfill a specific client’s needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit targets
  • Generate and identify sales leads
  • Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients
  • Prepare quotations and preliminary system design
  • Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with sales goals
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, brand reputation, and market share
  • Enhance the Convergint brand name and image through sales and marketing channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
  • Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on solution-based sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales achievements in previous experience
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
  • Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment
  • Strong verbal/written communication and outstanding presentation skills
  • Demonstrated influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
