Convergint is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer service-oriented Account Manager to join our Southeast Asia team. An Account Manager is responsible for expanding business in the region. They must identify qualified leads, develop prospects, and conduct high-level corporate sales by building trust, demonstrating professionalism, and providing security solutions and related product systems to meet customers’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit targets
- Generate and identify sales leads
- Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential customers
- Prepare quotations and preliminary system design
- Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with sales goals
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation, and market share
- Enhance the Convergint brand name and image through sales and marketing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
- Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on sales experience (security-related preferred) in a multinational company
- Full English business proficiency (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
- Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment
- Demonstrated influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
- Self-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
