  • Project Delivery: Support project commencement, planning, delivery, installation, commissioning and turnover activities.
  • Technical Support: Act as a technical resource for Project Managers and Sales teams, providing advice on appropriate products, systems and installation requirements.
  • Customer Support: Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
  • Onsite Support: Provide onsite technical assistance during installation, commencement and project turnover.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure engineering work and project documentation meet established quality standards and project requirements.
  • Mentoring & Training: Share technical knowledge and provide mentoring and training to less experienced engineering colleagues.

Overall, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our security and building automation projects are technically sound, well documented and successfully delivered for our customers.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: Ideally a minimum of five years’ relevant experience within the security industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of engineering principles and practices relating to electronic security systems, building automation systems and fire alarm systems.
  • Programming & Troubleshooting: Advanced programming capability and a proven ability to diagnose technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Data Centre Experience: Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment will be highly regarded.
